Natural stone installation
We install marble, travertine, limestone and granite, and we are the same team that restores them. Floors, kitchen countertops, bathrooms and showers, walls, stairs, balconies and building lobbies, in homes, condos and commercial buildings across Miami and South Florida.
What we install
Floors in every room and in lobbies and corridors. Kitchen countertops, islands and backsplashes. Bathrooms: shower walls and floors, tub decks, vanity tops. Stairs, thresholds and window sills. Walls and feature panels. Balconies and terraces.
How an installation goes
Site visit and measurements. Material choice with you, or with the stone you already bought. Substrate check and leveling, because a flat base is what keeps a floor free of lippage. Layout, cutting and setting. Grout, then a penetrating sealer. A final hone or polish to the finish you chose, so the floor is ready the day we leave.
Why the installer should also be a restorer
Most of the floors we restore were installed with the wrong setting bed, uneven tiles or no sealer. We install the way we would want to restore: level, tight joints, sealed from day one. If a stone later etches or scratches, the people who set it are the people who repair it.
For contractors and designers
We take installation and finish work as a trade partner: your schedule, your site rules, one point of contact, English or Spanish on site.
Common questions
Do you supply the stone?
We work with the stone you have chosen, or we help you pick it at a local supplier and check it before it is delivered.
Can you install over an existing floor?
Sometimes. We check the substrate on the site visit and tell you what is possible and what is not.
How long does a kitchen countertop take?
It depends on the template and the stone; we give you the timeline in the written estimate.
Do you also install porcelain or ceramic?
Our trade is natural stone. Ask us and we will tell you honestly if a job fits.
