Information we collect
When you submit the estimate form on our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the type of stone, the property type (residential or commercial), the project location, and any project details you include. This information is used solely to respond to your request and provide our services.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your estimate request
- Prepare your free estimate
- Schedule your free on-site consultation
- Send email confirmations and follow-ups related to your request
- Contact you by phone or text message about your request, if you provide a phone number
- Improve our services and website
Email communications
When you submit the estimate form, you will receive a confirmation email and further email related to your request, such as estimates and scheduling follow-ups. Emails are sent on behalf of Stone D Art by E&E Technologies LLC, which operates the website and communication systems. You may opt out of non-essential email communications at any time by contacting us.
Phone and SMS communications
If you provide a phone number, we may contact you by phone or text message about your request, consultation scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own. Your cookie choice, and whether you closed the offer to read the site in Spanish, are remembered in your browser's local storage on your device; they are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Our hosting platform, Vercel, measures visits and page speed in aggregate with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They use no cookies, run from this website's own address and do not identify individual visitors.
Two other tools, the Meta pixel (described in the next section) and Google Analytics, load only if you choose Accept in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, neither one loads and neither sets a cookie. Your choice is kept for 12 months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw your consent, we stop sending events and delete the cookies the Meta pixel and Google Analytics stored under this website's address. Cookies that Meta sets on its own domains are controlled in your browser and in your Meta settings.
With your consent, Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived, the type of device and an approximate location based on your IP address, and events such as a click on our phone number, email address or WhatsApp link, or a sent estimate request. We never send Google your name, email address, phone number or message, and Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.
Meta pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API, tools from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work and to show them to people who are more likely to need our services.
These tools run only if you choose Accept in the cookie notice. Then the Meta pixel may set cookies in your browser and record the pages you view and actions such as calling, emailing or messaging us, and when you submit the estimate form our server also tells Meta that a request was made. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, the pixel does not load and our server tells Meta nothing about your visit or your request; your estimate request reaches us either way. What Meta receives when you accept:
- Your email address and phone number, turned into a scrambled code (hashed) before they leave our server, so Meta cannot read them and can only match them to an account it already has
- The Meta cookie identifiers stored in your browser and, if you came from an ad, the ad click identifier
- Your IP address and browser type (user agent)
- The page you were on and the time of the visit or request
Your choices about Meta ads
We do not send Meta your name, your project details or the content of your messages. Meta handles the data it receives under its own privacy policy.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also control the ads Meta shows you, including ads based on activity on other websites, in the Ad preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram settings (Accounts Center), and block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website works the same without them.

This website is operated and maintained by E&E Technologies LLC on behalf of Stone D Art.
