Marble and terrazzo restoration across Miami
The city of Miami is a hundred neighborhoods with a hundred building stocks, and we work almost all of them. Twenties bungalows in Little Havana, Coral Way’s canopy streets, MiMo apartment rows on the Upper East Side: each one keeps floors worth saving.
Little Havana and the bungalow belt
The blocks off Calle Ocho hold some of the city’s oldest housing, with bungalows on terrazzo, hard tile and coral rock steps. We restore those small floors carefully and affordably, because a working neighborhood deserves working prices.
Coral Way’s canopy streets
Between Brickell and the Gables, the foursquares and Deco homes along Coral Way carry original terrazzo and early marble. We hone out the wear of ninety years and keep the details that survive nowhere else in the city.
MiMo on the Upper East Side
The fifties apartment buildings and motels along the Biscayne Boulevard MiMo district stand on terrazzo built to outlast them. We restore lobby fields, breezeway floors and stair treads for owners bringing these buildings back.
The rest of the map
Shenandoah, Silver Bluff, Allapattah, the Roads: wherever the city built before the seventies, terrazzo waits under carpet. If your neighborhood is not named on this site yet, call anyway. If it is in Miami, we drive to it.
