The surviving fifties buildings hold terrazzo and cast stone worth protecting. We restore them conservatively, keeping original strips, patterns and character while bringing back a clean, even sheen.

Bay air is gentler than ocean front but it never stops. Dock steps, terraces and entry stone stay damp, grow film and dull early. We clean, seal and schedule around the water the town is built on.
